Sign-up #21 onwards. Pay £6.99/mo for the first 12 months from your sign-up. After that, you’ll roll onto the standard rate of £9.99/mo. Lock in early and you get a full year at the lower price.

When our next major release ships, new sign-ups will pay £9.99/mo from day one. Joining now means you get a year of £6.99 before any change applies to you.

Building a business while you’re still at school? We’re for that. Hamar runs a separate tier for under-18 entrepreneurs — significantly cheaper than the adult plans. If a project’s turnover falls through, the hardship pause (see Subscription Terms) is open to you too.

Rolling monthly
No contracts. Ever.
Billed monthly via Stripe. Cancel from your settings page with one click. Your subscription ends at the end of the current billing period — no clawbacks, no nasty exit fees.
60-day grace
Pause, come back, pick up where you left off.
If you cancel, we keep your data on ice for 60 days. Restart your subscription within that window and everything’s exactly as you left it. After 60 days the data’s permanently removed — you’d sign up fresh.
Your data, exportable
Export to CSV any time.
Quotes, invoices, clients — all exportable to CSV from inside the app, paid or free. If you ever leave, your data leaves with you.
Zero transaction markup
We don’t touch your money.
Card payments go straight from your client to your bank via Stripe. You pay Stripe’s standard rate (~1.4% + 20p in the UK). Hamar takes nothing on top.
Hardship pause
Hit a quiet spell? 3 months on us.
If a project’s turnover falls through, any paying user — adult or Young Founder — can request a 3-month subscription pause. Sign in and submit from /settings/hardship-pause with a brief note about what’s happened (a quote, invoice, or written confirmation from the client helps). We review by hand and email you the decision. While paused, Stripe stops billing; we resume you automatically after three months.
One pause per rolling 12 months. Manual approval at the operator’s discretion. Not signed up yet? Email hello@hamar.io.
